Creating an account is simple and free. Click "Start creating" on any page, then sign up using your email or connect with Google, Twitter/X, or GitHub. You'll need to verify your email address, then you can start setting up your creator profile immediately.

Yes! Creating an account is completely free. There are no monthly fees or upfront costs. We only make money when you do - through our platform fee of 8.5% plus $0.35 per transaction on your earnings. If you don't earn anything, you don't pay anything.

After creating your account, visit your dashboard and click "Become a Creator". You'll need to complete identity verification and provide tax information (W-9 for US, W-8 for international). Once approved, you can set up your creator profile, add subscription tiers, and start accepting supporters.

You can create multiple subscription tiers with different price points and benefits. For example: $5/month for basic support, $10/month for exclusive content, $25/month for personal interactions. You control the pricing, perks, and what content is available at each tier. Supporters choose the tier that matches their budget and desired access level.

You're in complete control of your payout schedule. Request payouts daily, weekly, or monthly - whatever works for you. The minimum payout threshold is $20. Payments are processed through Stripe and typically arrive in your bank account within 2-3 business days. We support bank transfers and multiple currencies worldwide.

You can share text posts, images, videos, audio content, and more directly on our platform. We host everything for you - no need for YouTube, Vimeo, SoundCloud, or any third-party services. Just upload your content and we handle the rest. Content can be public or restricted to specific subscription tiers. All content must comply with our community guidelines - no illegal content, hate speech, or non-consensual material. You retain full ownership of everything you create.

Our platform fee is 8.5% plus $0.35 per transaction, automatically deducted from your earnings. This covers everything: payment processing (including Stripe fees), hosting, bandwidth, support, and platform development. There are no additional charges or hidden fees. For example, if you earn $10 from a subscription, you'll receive $8.80 after fees ($10 - $0.85 - $0.35).

You're responsible for paying taxes on your earnings. We make it easy by providing all necessary documentation. US creators earning over $600 annually receive 1099 forms. International creators receive appropriate tax documents for their jurisdiction. We recommend consulting with a tax professional about your specific situation.

No! We host all your content directly on Jupitor Studio. Upload videos, images, and audio files directly to our platform - we handle all the hosting, streaming, and delivery. This means your content stays on your page, your audience doesn't get redirected elsewhere, and you don't need to manage multiple platforms. Everything is included in our 8.5% + $0.35 fee with no storage limits or bandwidth restrictions.

Visit the creator's page and choose a subscription tier that fits your budget. Click "Subscribe" and enter your payment information through our secure Stripe checkout. Your subscription will renew automatically each month until you cancel. You'll get instant access to all benefits for your tier.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and many local payment methods through Stripe. Supported cards include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and more. Payments are processed securely with bank-level encryption. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Once subscribed, exclusive content for your tier will be automatically unlocked when you visit the creator's page. Look for the lock icon on posts - if you have access, you'll see the full content. Higher tiers typically include everything from lower tiers plus additional exclusive content.

Click "Log in" then "Forgot password?" on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link. The link expires after 1 hour for security. If you signed up with Google, Twitter/X, or GitHub, you don't have a password - just use that service to log in.

Yes! You can link multiple authentication methods to one account. Go to Settings > Linked Accounts to connect Google, Twitter/X, or GitHub to your existing account. This gives you multiple ways to log in and helps prevent lockouts. All methods access the same account.

Absolutely. All payments are processed by Stripe, a leading payment processor used by millions of businesses. Your card details never touch our servers. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant and uses bank-level encryption. We only store a reference to your Stripe customer ID, not your actual payment information.

You can delete your account from Settings > Profile > Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be removed within 30 days, except where we're legally required to retain it (like tax records). Active subscriptions must be cancelled first.
